II. Description
Since the version of Office installed by the client is uncertain, if the server side forces it to export only the 07 version of Excel, some clients will not be able to open it. After installing the export Excel method selection widget, you can choose whether to export Excel 03 or 07 version when exporting Excel on the PC side.
It is provided to customers as a plugin, and it can support choosing .xls or .xlsx file when exporting from Excel.
Note: This plugin only supports versions above 8.0. To use this plugin, the JAR package needs to be upgraded to a JAR package after July 30, 2016.

1. Install the plugin

2. Import poi2007_fat.jar
Exporting the 2007 version of Excel is the same as importing the 2007 version, you must import a JAR package poi2007_fat.jar, you need to copy poi2007_fat.jar to %FR_HOME%\webapps\webroot\WEB-INF\lib.

3. When exporting from Excel on the web
If a separate Excel export button is added to the web toolbar of the designer, the corresponding web toolbar will also be displayed. For example, the designer adds Excel (export by page) and Excel03 (export by page) buttons:
