I. Overview
The setting of data column filtering conditions is also very flexible, in addition to the general simple Settings, there are several common processing methods.
II. Use nofilter in filter criteria
Nofilter is not filtered. It is usually used to invalidate a filter condition when it is not valid.
if(len($area)==0,nofilter,$area) indicates that the area parameter is empty. If the area parameter is not empty, the area parameter is not filtered. As shown below:
III. Filter a column
It is usually used when a certain column value is special and part of the column value is intercepted for filtering.
For example, if we want to set the first three digits of the CustomerID to LA, we can use left(CustomerID,2)= LA, which means that the first three digits of the CustomerID are LA from the left. We can directly use column names in the formula, as shown in the following figure:
IV. The sum and or of filter conditions
Usually used to use different filtering conditions for different situations.
For example, when the owner country is country, the owner country is filtered; when the owner region is region, the owner region is filtered; when the owner region city is city, the owner city is filtered; when all three filtering conditions are met, the data is filtered, as shown in the figure below:
When the country is China, ther region is North China and the city is TianJing, the query data is as shown in the figure below:
When the number of filter conditions is greater than 2, use parentheses to calculate the filter conditions as a whole. Hold down Ctrl and select any two filter criteria. Then you can see that the add parenthesis changes from grayed to available. Click Add parenthesis to merge the two filter criteria.
Such as: Set the filter condition to $Country or $Region and $City. When China, East China and NanJing are respectively selected from the drop-down boxes, the query logic is tofilter out the value of China or East China. Then select the value of the main city of the cargo equal to NanJing, as shown in the figure below:
Ctrl + select "or Region = $Region" and "City = $City", click "Add Brackets", when select China,,North China and TianJing respectively from the drop-down box, the query logic is to screen out the value of country =China, and screen out the value of city = TianJing, theThe value of region equal to North China .As shown in the figure below:
