After the server is registered, to obtain technical support services, you need to provide the service credential.
After the project is registered, you (the admin) can obtain the service credential in the FineBI system.
Enter http://IP address:Port number/webroot/decision/ in a browser, and log in to the FineBI system as the admin.
Choose System Management > Registration Management > Version Information, and click View Service Credential.
The service credential records the generation time of the service credential, the company ID, contract ID, and project ID.
1. Click Copy to copy the service credential and provide it to obtain technical support services, as shown in the following figure.
2. Click Mobile View, the credential will be displayed via a QR code. You can scan the code to obtain the credential, as shown in the following figure.
