Function Description
After logging in to the FineBI system, users can customize their own account settings and view notification messages.
This document is aimed at all users who can log in to the FineBI system.
My Message
The FineBI system has a built-in message center that supports System Message, Reporting Message, Template Message, Publication Message, and Sharing/Collaboration message.
Users log in to the FineBI system, and new messages will be notified in the top right and bottom right corners of the system.
Click the message in the bottom right corner to go to the processing page for the corresponding message content. Click the message in the upper right corner to go to the message display page.
Click the Unread Message(s) button to view unread messages, and then nRecord(s) Unread Message(s) is displayed as View All Messages. Click View All Messages to view all messages. The search button on the right can be used to search by keywords.
Tick the message in the message list. The messages can be ticked in batches and then marked as read or deleted.
The read message in the message list is displayed in gray.
Mobile QR Code
A QR code has been generated under System Management > Mobile Platform > App Config, as shown in the following figure.
After logging in to the FineBI system, click the username in the top right corner to display the QR code.
Users who use the DataAnalysis app to scan the QR code will be directed to the login page of the FineBI project.
Account Management
Prerequisite
Not all users can set their own accounts. For details, see the table below.

The user who has the edition permission can log in to the FineBI system, click the username in the upper right corner, and then click Account Setting to modify the name, password, bind mailbox, and bind mobile.
Modifying the Name
Click Modify on the right of Name, enter the new name, click OK, and the new name will be displayed in the upper right corner.

Binding the Mobile

Phone numbers from China, Taiwan (China), Hong Kong (China), Turkey, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia can be bound in the FineBI project. For countries and regions such as Taiwan (China), South Korea, Japan, and Malaysia, there is no need to add the number 0 before the phone number or after the area code.
1. Disabled SMS Service
If the user has not enabled the SMS service, click Bind/Modify after Mobile, enter a valid phone number, click OK, and the phone number will be successfully bound/modified.
2. Enabled SMS Service
If the user has enabled the SMS service, click Bind/Modify after Mobile, enter a valid phone number, get and then enter the verification code, and click OK. The phone number is successfully bound/modified.
Binding the Mailbox

1. Disabled Mailbox Service
If the user has not enabled the Mailbox service, click Bind/Modify after Mailbox, enter a valid email address, click OK, and the email address is successfully bound/modified.
2. Enabled Mailbox Service
If the user has enabled the Mailbox service, click Bind/Modify after Mailbox, enter a valid email address, get and then enter the verification code, and click OK. The email address is successfully bound/modified.
Modifying the Password
Click Modify after Password, enter the old and new password and confirm the new password as prompted, click OK, and the password is successfully modified.

1. The new password and the old password cannot be the same.
2. After the password is modified, users will be redirected to the login page of the FineBI system to perform a re-logging.
3. The operations for the admin and the user to modify/reset the password are not completely the same.
For details, the admin can refer to Admin Modifying/Resetting Password, and the user can refer to User Modifying/Resetting Password.
Logging out of the FineBI System
Click the username in the top right corner of the FineBI system, click Exit, and users will be logged out of the FineBI system and redirected to the login page, as shown in the following figure
