Chart FAQ

This document provides solutions to common FineBI chart problems on both PC and mobile terminals.

Currently, positioning crosshairs will appear during previews of basic charts on mobile terminals, mainly to help you locate the current series or categories.

You cannot cancel positioning crosshairs currently.

In a chart with excessive categories, the sections occupying smaller proportions will be displayed in white, as shown in the following figure.

Solution: You can set the border color of the chart to Transparent, as shown in the following figure.
