This document briefly introduces how to install and use the User Center plugin.

Note:

If other plugins cannot be used normally after the installation of the User Center plugin, you can refresh the page or restart the browser to go FineBI.

User Center Plugin Agreement Signing

After installation, log in to the FineBI system as the super admin and go to the User Center tab page (appearing automatically).

Read User Center Plugin Agreement and User Notice For User Center Plugin carefully.

Click Agree to Agreement and Open Plugin. The agreement is signed and all analysis users can obtain the access permission to this plugin.

Whitelist Opening

Ensure that some websites can be accessed by the FineBI server, because many resources in the FanRuan community are needed by the plugin.

Users on internal networks need to ensure that the whitelists of the following websites are opened, otherwise, the relevant plugin content will be inaccessible or be displayed abnormally.

If you want to use Growth Center, you need to enable URL Management Center under System Management > System Setting > General. Otherwise, no content is displayed on the Growth Center page.

Note:

After URL Management Center is enabled, you need to disable and then enable the User Center plugin. Otherwise, the setting will not take effect.
