Through Data Dashboard component, the following functions can be achieved:
Add components from multiple templates in a data portal to view the key content of multiple templates at once and perform related interactive operations.
Build an O&M and monitoring portal quickly through built-in System Operation component.
Note:To demonstrate various functions of Data Dashboard component, this section places different themed data dashboard components in a single data portal. You can create multiple themed portals as needed.
In Data Portal plugin V1.8.1 and earlier versions, ordinary users need to be assigned Use permission under System Management > Intelligent O&M if they want to view System Operation component.
Log in to the FineBI system as the admin, choose System Management > Data Portal > Portal Management, and click Add Portal to create a data portal dashboard.
Select Data Dashboard on the data portal editing page. There are three types of components supported in Data Dashboard component: Decision Directory, My Analysis, and System O&M.
You can select the following content of Decision Directory in Data Dashboard component: directories for which the creator has viewing permissions, and charts and tables in FineBI dashboards mounted to the directories.
Note:Only analysis users can add components from My Analysis.
In Data Portal plugin V1.6 and later versions, you can add components from dashboards of your analysis subjects and from dashboards collaborated with you.
System O&M components can be added in Data Portal plugin V1.6 and later, with data sourced from the LogDB database.
Note:Only the super admin can add System O&M components.
Top 15 templates with the most visits in the past 30 days
The top 10 report access statistics in the past 30 days
The last 10 report access statistics after the last 30 days

You can drag and drop Data Dashboard components into the portal page and perform the following operations.
1. Decision Directory and My Analysis

Chart component
Component width and height adapt to the data portal dashboard.
Component content is displayed based on the rule set under Component Style > Adaptation Display.
1. Supported operations:
View a chart horizontally and vertically through a scroll bar.
View data point tips by hovering your cursor on a chart.
Interact between charts and legends.
2. Displayed data:
Filter control in dashboards is not displayed. You can filter data based on components in the dashboard editing state and the default control value.
Table component
Components can be displayed completely if the actual height of component content is less than the set height.
A scroll bar occurs if the actual height of component content is more than/equal to the set height.
View a table horizontally and vertically through a scroll bar.
Turn pages in a table.
Expand and fold table nodes.
Sort headers in some tables.
Filter and drill data in some tables.
2. System O&M
Note:The data update time for System O&M component is 4:00 AM each day.
Component
Description
Display the names and number of visits for the 15 most visited templates in the past 30 days though a table.
Display the names and number of visits for the 10 most visited templates in the past 30 days through a bar chart.
Display the names and number of visits for the 10 least visited templates in the past 30 days through a bar chart.
Display the average daily visits in the current month through an indicator card.
Display the number of active templates in the current month through an indicator card.
Display the number of active users in the current month through an indicator card.
Display the number of daily visits, the number of daily active templates, and the number of daily active users in the current month through a line chart.
You can view the key information of multiple templates at once and perform relevant interactive operations when previewing a data portal.
You can also establish an O&M and monitoring portal quickly through the built-in System O&M components.
Select a component. Then you can set the component style on the right.
There are two styles for Data Dashboard component: Follow Theme and Custom.
1. Follow Theme: The component style completely follows the style of Portal Theme. You can only set the title text and whether to display the component title.
2. Custom: The component style does not change as Portal Theme switches. Component Style includes Component Title, Title Text, Title Style, and Component Background.

Select a component and click the deletion icon to delete the component.
Hover your cursor over a component and drag the pop-up dotted box to resize and relocate the component.
Select a component and click the component information icon to view Component Name and Component Source.
