Language Settings

At FineBI, we understand that business and production activities extend beyond national borders and require a global perspective. As such, we strive to promote language diversity as a crucial component of internationalization. We are proud to have a user base abroad and recognize the importance of making our product accessible to them. To that end, we offer language internationalization methods that allow our overseas users to easily create reports. This can be achieved by adjusting the designer language.

FineBI's product language internationalization can be achieved by adjusting the browser's language settings. In the following example, we will demonstrate how to switch the language setting in Google Chrome. Users of other browsers can modify the default language settings accordingly. The process of language switching of other browsers is not described in detail here as it may vary depending on the browser used.

Open Google Chrome, click Settings, select Languages on the left panel, choose English, and tick Display Google Chrome in this language. Restart the browser to complete the process.

After you change the language settings, the language of the login section on the login page will change accordingly upon refreshing.

Once the browser language is switched to English, clicking the help document link within the platform will automatically redirect you to the corresponding English document.

Switching Language on PC

If some parts of the platform still display in another language, you can install the internationalization plugin to display all elements in English.

Switching Language on Mobile

To switch languages on mobile, open the app DataAnalyst V11, log in to your account, and go to Setting > General > Language to customize the language.
