Functions

FineBI is a pure B/S architecture product, which adds server to the browser. After installing the server, you only need a web browser to start using the product.

After going to the FineBI main interface, you can see four categories on the left side: Directory, My Analysis, Public Data, Manage, with Message and Account Setting in the upper right corner.

The Directory interface is mainly divided into the directory area and the preview area.

The icons on the right side of Directory are shown below:

	Directory button: Click it to view dashboards that have been in Directory.
	Favorite button: Click it to view dashboards that were previously saved in Favorite.
	Share with Me button: Click it to view the dashboards that others have shared to you.
	Search button: Click it to search for content using keywords.
	Click it to hide the directory bar.
	Click it to return to the main directory interface.
	Click it to show three buttons:  Full Screen: displays the dashboard in full screen. Close All: closes all open dashboards.  Close Other Tabs: closes all dashboards except the current one.

My Analysis is used for front-end analysis, which can be used by salespeople to create subjects and perform data analysis as well as visual analysis.

It is the place stores public data. Admins can add or publish highly reusable tables to the dataset in Public Data.

Manage is the place where admins manage the data decision-making system, supporting management configuration of directory, users, appearance, permissions, etc.

Admins can clear memory or retrieve deleted data in Recycle bin.

Message will prompt you of system notifications.

1. You can reset the password in Account Setting or Exit the current account.

2. Click Account Setting, the system will pop up the account settings page where you can modify your Name, Password, and bind your Mobile and Mailbox.
