Application Scenario

Sometimes, after you share dashboards and datasets, other users need a notification function to help them receive the information quickly.

Function Description

FineBI provides the Information Notification function, allowing you to notify the corresponding users of dashboard publication and dashboard and self-service dataset sharing.

1. Enabling Message Alert

Log in to the FineBI system as the admin, choose System Management > Intelligent O&M > Information Notification > Message Prompt, and enable Message Alert in Resource Publishing Prompt, as shown in the following figure.

2. Applying for publication/Unpublishing

Apply for the publication of or unpublish dashboards/data, as shown in the following figure.

3. Message Alert

Log in to the FineBI system as the admin. You can view the message alert, as shown in the following figure.

Log in to the FineBI system as the admin, choose System Management > Intelligent O&M > Information Notification > Message Prompt, and enable Message Alert in Template Sharing Prompt, as shown in the following figure.

2. Sharing dashboards

Share dashboards with departments/roles/users, as shown in the following figure.

3. Message Alert

Log in to the FineBI system as the shared user. You can view the message alert, as shown in the following figure.

Log in to the FineBI system as the admin, choose System Management > Intelligent O&M > Information Notification > Message Prompt, and enable Message Alert in Resource Collaboration Prompt, as shown in the following figure.

2. Collaborating dashboards

Collaborate with departments/roles/users to make dashboards, as shown in the following figure.

3. Message Alert

Log in to the FineBI system as the collaborated user. You can view the message alert, as shown in the following figure.
