The BI Template Access Socket plugin allows you to obtain dashboard access records with WebSocket disabled.
You can view, query, and export specific access records in Template Access Details.

Log in to the FineBI system as the admin and choose System Management > Intelligent O&M > Platform Log > Access Statistics.
You can view users' specific access records in Template Access Details, which includes Accessed Resource (directory and name of the accessed analysis subject), Operation User (user name), Operation IP, Operation Time, and Operation Type (such as viewing, editing, exporting as Excel).

The following table introduces operation types unsupported by the BI Template Access Socket plugin.
1. Saving BI templates as
Save dashboards as subjects on the dashboard preview or editing page.
Save templates mounted under Directory as subjects.
Save templates shared to Directory as subjects.
2. Closing browser tabs
Close the dashboard editing or preview interface.
Close the public link interface.

Admins can specify a time period and click Query for template access details of the corresponding period. The default period is from the previous day to the current day.
Admins can tick Advanced Query Conditions, select the content to be queried, and click Query for query details under specific settings.
After the query, admins can export log files, as shown in the following figure.
Click Export as log to export files in .txt format. Click Export Excel to export files in .xls format.
