Overview of Other Components

When creating a dashboard, if you want to add images or web links to enrich the dashboard content, you need to use other components.

There are four component types apart from common ones, namely Tab component, Image component, Text component, and Web component.

Tab component: When creating a dashboard, you may need to display the dashboard content in multiple subjects at the same time.

Image component: You can add images to the dashboard by using the Image component as needed.

Text component: You can use the text component to insert customized texts in the dashboard as needed.

Web component: You can add links in the dashboard to display web pages.

When adding multiple Other components to the dashboard, you cannot directly select the required text component by name when selecting the control range in the filter component, or to select the image component by name when reusing the component.

You can differentiate these components by changing their titles.

1. The components whose titles can be edited: Text component, Web component, and Image component.

2. You can only edit the text content of the title, and you cannot set other formats.

3. The edited title is not displayed on the component, and it is only used for differentiating between components.

4. The edited title can share the same name with other components in the dashboard.
