Allowed admins to determine whether to enable the function Show Keep Logged In.
For security, you can set a login timeout interval. Then the system will automatically log out when the time is reached.
For convience, you can directly enable Show Keep Logged In to maintain your login status for 14 days.
You can also customize a login timeout interval (like seven days) if you do not want to enable Show Keep Logged In.
Admins can determine whether to enable the function Show Keep Logged In and set Login Timeout. When the set time is reached, the system will automatically log out.
Note: This function is supported on mobile terminals.
Scenario
Configuration by Admin
Configuration by User
Effect
Scenario One
Choose System Management > System Setting > Login > Login Timeout Setting to enable Show Keep Logged In as the admin.
Tick Keep Logged In when logging in to the system as the user.
The login timeout interval is 14 days by default, rather than the Login Timeout set in Login Timeout Setting under System Management > System Setting > Login.
Two
Untick Keep Logged In when logging into the system as the user.
The login timeout interval is the Login Timeout set by admins in Login Timeout Setting under System Management > System Setting > Login.
Three
Choose System Management > System Setting > Login > Login Timeout Setting to disable Show Keep Logged In as the admin.
There is no Keep Logged In option (equals to untick the option) when users log into the system.
Log in to the FineBI system, choose System Management > System Setting > Login > Login Timeout Setting, enable Show Keep Logged In, and set Login Timeout as the admin.
Login Timeout needs to be more than 10 minutes and less than 14 days. The default value is 60 minutes.
Tick Show Keep Logged In when logging in to the system as the user.
Untick Keep Logged In when logging in to the system as a user.
Provided that the set login timeout interval (10 minutes) has reached:
1. When the user logs in to the FineBI system and stops operating over 10 minutes, a prompt will pop up: Login information has expired, please log in again.
2. When the user enables Role Permission Authentication and previews the template, a prompt will pop up if the user stops operating over 10 minutes: Login information has expired, please log in again.
Log in to the FineBI system, choose System Management > System Setting > Login > Login Timeout Setting, disable Show Keep Logged In, and set Login Timeout as the admin.
If there is no Keep Logged In option when you log in to the FineBI system, the effect is same as that of unticking Keep Logged In.
