Application Scenario

You can go to My Analysis to manage folders and subjects in the list.

For example, you may need to quickly find a folder or subject, a published dataset, or a dashboard with an enabled public link.

Function Description

FineBI allows you to search, sort, and filter folders and subjects, as well as delete and move folders and subjects in batches.

Click My Analysis. You can select Sort by Creation Time or Sort by Name, as shown in the following figure.

The figure above shows the effect of selecting Sort by Creation Time. The following figure shows the effect of selecting Sort by Name.

You can sort the datasets, components, dashboards, folders, and subjects in Cooperated, Published, Shared to Directory, and Enabled Public Link as needed.

You can enter keywords to search for needed datasets, components, dashboards, folders, and subjects, as shown in the following figure.

FineBI allows you to delete and move folders and subjects in batches.

• Select All: After selecting a folder, a Select All button will appear, and you can select all business packages on the current page.

• If you want to deselect all datasets, click a blank area of the page.

FineBI allows you to display the location of folders or subjects and all the contents under the current node.
