This document introduces how to install and use the plugin.
Plugin Installation
You can obtain the plugin at https://community.finereport.com/plugin/?id=81.
For details, see Plugin Management.
After installation, the Data Portal node is added to System Management in the FineBI system.
Plugin Authorization
To use this plugin of V1.9 and later versions, you need to purchase the Data Portal function point in FineBI License registration. For purchase details, contact FanRuan sales personnel.
If the project is not registered, you can use the Data Portal plugin for a free trial.
If the project has been registered with official License but does not have the Data Portal function, when you preview a data portal, a message is displayed in the bottom right, indicating that you are using the unregistered Data Portal function.
Portal Management
All data portals in the project are displayed under System Management > Data Portal > Portal Management. The Portal Management tab page also displays portal name and last modified time.
On the Portal Management tab page, you can add portals, enable/disable Customization Support, and edit, preview, share, rename, copy, and delete data portals.
Adding a Portal

Portal Name: It cannot be empty or same as that of another data portal.
Portal Demo: FineBI provides three types of portal demos. You can also select Custom to create a blank custom data portal.
