Application Scenario

When entering the FineChatBI query page, a business user can click the labels preset by admins to quickly and accurately select the data query range.

• More intuitive label selection: Users only need to select the business direction (such as sales scenarios or customer service scenarios), no longer needing to worry about which specific subject to select.

• More freedom to ask questions: Users can ask questions within a label range directly. The system will automatically match data from relevant subjects to answer asked questions.

For example, if the admin configures a Sales Scenario label, all sales-related subjects can be marked by this label. Users can start asking questions efficiently after selecting the label, without worrying about data in which specific analysis subject should be used for the questions.

Function Description

You can add labels to analysis subjects.

Adding Labels

1. Choose System Management > Intelligent Q&A Configuration as the admin, and click the Label tab.

2. Click Create Label, set the label name and description, and select which analysis subjects to be marked by the label. The selected analysis subjects must already be added to the preloaded configuration.

Create a Sales Scenario label, add a description, and select six sales-related analysis subjects.

3. Click Save to save the label settings.

Selecting Data

Select Sales Scenario to expand the current label and display the description of the label.

Click the Preview button next to the subject to view the data contained in the subject, helping users select data more intuitively.

Subjects not marked by any label are displayed directly as analysis subjects, allowing users to select them just with a click.

Asking Questions about Labels

Select Sales Scenario and ask the question "What is the sales of trousers?" in this label.

• If only matching the data of one analysis subject, the system will provide the answer based on that subject.

• If the question involves data from multiple analysis subjects, the system will display relevant subjects for user selection. After Yes is selected, the system will perform automatic switchover and match this subject when users ask this question again, requiring no repeated selection.

Continue to ask the questions "The transaction volume of coal".Continue to ask the questions . If the question asked is associated with a different analysis subject from the current one, the system will intelligently identify and automatically switch to the corresponding analysis subject according to the asked question.
