Failed Preview

Problem:

• When you add SQL datasets with SQL statements as the admin, a Preview Failed prompt is displayed in the data preview area after you click Preview to preview the data, as shown in the following figure.

Procedure: When you preview data unsuccessfully as the admin, you can solve the problem according to the following steps.

• You can click Details to view the cause of the failed preview.

• You can refer to Error Code to check the cause of the problem and the corresponding solution, and solve the problem according to the solution.

• You can click the Re-Preview button to preview the data.

Details

After clicking the Details button in the lower part of the Preview Failed page, you can view the error code and cause of the failed preview, as shown in the following figure.

The cause of the failed preview is that the data connection of the data source of the SQL dataset fails. The corresponding error code is 61300400.

Error Code

For the unsuccessful data connection mentioned above, you can choose System Management > Data Connection > Data Connection Management as the admin and test whether the data connection for the SQL dataset is successful. If the data connection is unsuccessful, you need to solve the problem involving data connection failure.

You need to ensure that the data connection for the SQL dataset is successful.

Re-Previewing

You can enter the previous page where you add the SQL dataset, and click the Re-Preview button below Preview Failed. If the corresponding problem is solved, you can preview the data successfully.
