Application Scenario

You can obtain the preview link of a dashboard or an individual component and share it with other users. Recipients need to log in to the FineBI platform to access the content.

Notes

• Login Requirement: Preview links are not public links. Visitors must log in to their FineBI accounts.

• Permission Restriction: Anyone accessing the preview link needs to have the viewing permissions on the corresponding data and dashboard

When viewing a dashboard in My Analysis, you can click the Dashboard Preview Link button in the upper-right corner to obtain the link, as shown in the following figure.

In the editing state, you can select a dashboard below, click the  icon, and click Dashboard Link, as shown in the following figure.

In both the editing and viewing states, click the icon and select Component Preview Link in the upper-right corner of the component, as shown in the following figure.
