Map File Update

  • Last update:November 12, 2025
  • Overview

    Version

    FineBI Version

    6.0

    Application Scenario

The built-in map files are prone to become outdated because of the continuous change of administrative regions. To ensure users' normal use of the map, this document provides the latest map files.

    Procedure

If you have customized geographic maps (for example, you have redefined some state names or customized street maps in each city), the update tools and replacement files may overwrite the original custom maps.

You are advised to keep the original map directory and replace the relevant custom content after the update.

    Downloading the Latest Map File

    1. Download the resource package: map.zip and unzip it to obtain the map files.

    2. Copy and paste the map files to FineBI installation directory/webroot/WEB-INF/assets/map.

For the cluster project, copy and paste the map files to assets/map on the file server.

Restart the FineBI project to make the map files take effect.

    Method Two

Log in to the FineBI system as the admin, choose System Management > Map Configuration, and click Sync Geo File, as shown in the following figure.
