BI Global Component Selectable is disabled by default.
1. When a dashboard is displayed on mobile terminals with limited screen size, the table often cannot fully display the data for its limited width and height, and you need to set whether the table and other components are adaptively displayed.
2. For dashboards with no data changes in short term, frequent refreshes are not required. Therefore, pull down refresh needs to be disabled and button refresh needs to be applied to improve the use experience.
3. For components in the dashboard, based on the default setting, you need to click a component to activate it before sliding it. To slide the clicked component directly, you can disable BI Global Component Selectable.
Log in to the FineBI system as admin, choose System Management > Mobile Platform > Module Preview Config > Template Setting, and you can configure dashboards.
Setting
Explanation
BI Layout Setting
You can set the layout of mobile templates to Grid Layout or Adaptive Layout.
Refresh Setting
You can determine whether dashboards on App and templates and homepages displayed in HTML5 mode can be refreshed by clicking.
Global Component Selectable
You can determine whether all dashboards in the project display the component selection effect if you perform interactive operations for components on mobile terminals.
You (as admin) can set BI Layout Setting to Grid Layout (default) or Adaptive Layout.
Various components are displayed differently in different layouts on mobile terminals. The following section describes the details.
If you preview a dashboard directly without adjusting the mobile layout, one component is displayed in one row by default. The component width adaptively fills the screen, and the component height is adaptively adjusted according to the content.

Image Component
Components are displayed according to the positions in the customized layout.
1. If there is only one component in one row and the component content cannot fill the component height, the component height is adaptively reduced.
2. If there is more than one component in one row or the component content exceeds the component height, the component is displayed according to the set aspect ratio and not automatically adjusted.
You (as admin) can set Refresh Setting to No Refresh (default) or Button Refresh.
The following table describes the application range and mobile effect of No Refresh and Button Refresh.

Global Component Selectable is disabled by default. You can directly perform interactive operations (such as zoom-in, zoom-out and linkage) within a component.
The effect is shown in the following figure.
After Global Component Selectable is enabled, the interactive operations can be triggered only when you click the activated components. If the components are not activated, the whole dashboard is scrolled.
Activation Through a Click
You can tap a component on mobile phone to activate the component. After activation, the component extends to both sides with shadow effect. (Components are activated by default in horizontal relayout.)
Operation Within a Component
You can perform interactive operations (such as sliding, zoom-in, zoom-out, and sliding charts) within a component.
Undo Activation
1. Clicking the outside of the component can deactivate it.
2. Sliding the outside of the component can deactivate it.
3. Sliding the inside of the component to the edge and keeping sliding can deactivate it.
