The Directory page is displayed in the T9 style on mobile terminals by default. When only a few level-1 directories exist, the Directory page may seem empty. In this case, you can customize the directory style and set Banner and Template in Mobile Platform for display on the Directory page.
To set the directory structure for the mobile terminals, you can log in to the FineBI system as the admin and choose System Management > Mobile Platform > Directory, as shown in the following figure.

Directory Structure for mobile terminals is set to T9 by default in Mobile Platform, as shown in the following figure.

When Directory Structure is T9, you can set the style of Level-1 Directory for mobile terminals.
Enable Change Default Settings, as shown in the following figure.
The following table introduces each setting item of Level-1 Directory in detail.

Icon Size can be set to Small, Medium, or Large.
Directory Font is set to 12 by default, with customizable options available.
Font Color is set to black by default, with customizable options available.
The Font Bold function is disabled by default and can be enabled.
Icon Size can be set to Small or Medium.
Search Box is enabled by default. After you disable the Search Box function, the search box will not be displayed on mobile terminals.
Taking the T9 directory as an example, the following figure shows the effect after Search Box is disabled.

Enable the Banner function on the Directory tab page.
After you click + in the upper left corner, the editing box pops up. Add the banners, and click OK, as shown in the following figure.
1. Name: The names of banners cannot be left blank or duplicated.
2. Phone: You can upload the banner image for the mobile terminal. The uploaded image will be proportionally scaled to 375*188. Recommended image formats are PNG and JPG.
3. Tablet: You can upload the banner image for the tablet terminal. The uploaded image will be proportionally scaled to 1024*188. Recommended image formats are PNG and JPG.
4. Link: This setting item is optional, specifying the hyperlink for redirection when you click the image. You can enter an absolute path starting with http/https or a relative path.
When the link redirects to a CPT/FRM template, only the annotation (page-turning) icon will be available on the template.
The banner title will be displayed as the title of the navigation bar.
For an invalid link address, a corresponding error message will be displayed.
When adding two or more banners, you can set the interval for banner carousel rotation. The default interval is five seconds, meaning the banners will automatically rotate every five seconds. You can also manually swipe to switch between banners, as shown in the following figure.
Mobile Terminal Effect
When you add two banners and set the interval to two seconds, the following figures show the effect on mobile terminals.
Enable the Template function on the Directory tab page.
Select the homepage.frm template in Select Template (or select a template according to your needs), and set Display Position to Above Directory, as shown in the following figure.
Notes:
1. You can download the template used in the example: Homepage_mobile.zip.
2. Place the downloaded template in the reportlets folder in %JAVAHOME%/webapps/webroot/WEB-INF, as shown in the following figure.
3. After you refresh the FineBI project address, the template will appear in Mobile Platform.
Set Display My Analysis/Shared with Me, as shown in the following figure.
The Display My Analysis/Shared with Me function is enabled by default, meaning that both entries are displayed by default.
This function takes effect for all users.
If you enable the function, you can view My Analysis on mobile terminals. If you disable the function, My Analysis is not displayed on the mobile terminals, as shown in the following figure.
Three types of icons, namely Flat, Colorful, and Gradation, are available in the FineBI designer. You can also customize the icons, as shown in the following figure.
The directory tree is displayed on the left. To change the icon of a directory or template, select a directory or template, and click an icon on the right, as shown in the following figure.

Click the icon on the Custom tab page, and upload the icon, as shown in the following figure.

Take customizing the icon of the Beginner's Guide directory as an example. Select the Beginner's Guide directory and click the uploaded custom icon. The following figure shows the steps.
3. Icon deleting
To delete the icon, click Edit in the upper right corner, and click the cross in the upper right of the icon that you want to delete. A prompt "Confirm deleting?" pops up, and click OK to finish the step for deleting the icon. Click Back to exit the icon deletion mode, as shown in the following figure.
