Function Description

For security considerations, you can enable Last Login Prompt under System Management > System Setting > Login > Last Login Prompt Configuration.

With Last Login Prompt enabled, the system will display the time, IP address, and location of the last login accordingly each time you log in, enabling prompt login anomaly detection.

Enabling Last Login Prompt

Log in to the FineBI system as the admin, choose System Management > System Setting > Login > Last Login Prompt Configuration, and enable Last Login Prompt, as shown in the following figure.

After you log in to the FineBI system, the system will display the last login information, as shown in the following figure.

The function is supported on both the DataAnalyst app and HTML5 terminal. Take the effect on the DataAnalyst app as an example, as shown in the following figure.

Displaying Inaccurate Last Login Information

Problem:

The system displays inaccurate last login information after you log in.

Cause:

Login information is captured on the login page. If you bypass the login page and directly access the FineBI system, the current login information will not be recorded as the last login information to be displayed when you log in next time.

For example, after you tick Keep Logged In on the login page and log in to the FineBI system (with Last Login Prompt enabled), the last login information is displayed. You can label the last login as the login one and the current login as the login two. After fully closing the browser, if you access the system again (bypassing the login page), the system displays the information of the login one instead of the login two as the last login information.

Not Displaying the Last Login Information

Problem:

Last Login Prompt is enabled, but the system does not display the last login information.

Cause:

The IP address and location in the login information are obtained from the FanRuan cloud center via https://cloud.fanruan.com/api/query/ip?timeout=10000.

If the server cannot connect to this URL, the system will fail to retrieve the last login information. However, this has no impact on the log records.
