    Upload Method Overview

Cloud O&M reports support multiple log upload methods to meet the needs of intranet and extranet users in multiple scenarios, as shown in the following figure.

    1. Automatic upload: Select Auto Upload to enable the data decision-making system to automatically upload the data of the previous month to the cloud center in the early morning of the 1st day of each month. The FanRuan Market automatically generates the analysis report of the previous month.

    2. One-click upload: Manually select the system data of certain months, click One-click Upload, and wait for about 1 - 2 hours. The FanRuan Market automatically generates the analysis report of these months.

    3. Manual upload: Manually select the system data of a certain month, and click Download Log to download the system log data to the local computer. Upload the data package to the FanRuan Market to generate the analysis report of these months.

    iconNote:
    1. Intranet users can only use Manual Upload, and cannot use Auto Upload or One-click Upload. If intranet users need to use the functions, refer to the section "Automatic Upload and One-Click Upload for Intranet Users" to open the relevant port.

    2. If it is inconvenient for intranet users to log in to the FanRuan Market, they can send log files to the technical support. In this case, the generated cloud O&M report will be sent to intranet users via email.

If a log file contains data of a single month, only one email report corresponding to that month will be sent. If a log file contains data of multiple months, multiple email reports corresponding to each month will be sent.

    Automatic Upload

Once the automatic upload service is enabled, the FineBI system will automatically upload the system log data of the previous month to the cloud in the early morning of the 1st of each month, and the FanRuan Market will automatically generate the analysis report of the previous month. You are advised to use Auto Upload.

    iconNote:
Intranet users cannot use Auto Upload. Web pages, for example, the FanRuan Market, cannot be directly accessed from the intranet. If intranet users need to access such web pages, refer to section "Automatic Upload and One-Click Upload for Intranet Users" to open the relevant ports.

Logging in with Your FanRuan Passport

Log in to the FineBI system as the admin and choose System Management > Intelligent O&M > Cloud O&M, click Log in, enter the FanRuan passport information, and log in to the FanRuan Market, as shown in the following figure.

    Selecting Auto Upload

On the Cloud O&M page of the data decision-making system, select Automatic upload on the 1st of each month as the admin, as shown in the following figure.

Once Auto Upload is enabled, the complete month data package of this month will be automatically uploaded on the 1st of next month. Data of historical months will not be uploaded. If you need to upload historical data, you can use One-click Upload.

For example, if the automatic upload function is enabled on August 11, 2020, the complete data package treas202008.zip which contains data for August 2020 will be automatically uploaded for the first time on September 01, 2020.

    Other Functions

    Email Notification

For a system with a JAR package generated on or after 2020-08-04, you can set an email address for report receiving. When a new cloud O&M report is generated in the FanRuan Market, the system will notify users by email.

There are two places where you can set the email address to receive the notification:
    1. FineBI System

Log in to the FineBI system as the admin and choose System Management > Intelligent O&M > Cloud O&M. Click Edit in Email Notification, and enter the email address to receive the notification, as shown in the following figure.

You can enter up to ten email addresses separated by commas(,).

     1.8.png

    2. FanRuan Market

You can use FanRuan Passport to access FanRuan Market. On the Cloud O&M page, select the application that needs to send notifications, click the Edit button, and enter the email address to receive the notification, as shown in the following figure.

    Data Privacy Confidentiality Agreement

To ensure your data security, the log information you need to upload in Cloud O&M will not involve any business data. FanRuan will not disclose any log information to other third parties.

During the use of the Cloud O&M function, if you need to sign the data privacy confidentiality agreement, you can sign it online in FanRuan Market.

    1. FanRuan Market

Choose Cloud O&M > Cloud O&M Security Policy, select Read and Accept Cloud O&M Data Security Policy, and click AGREE TO AGREEMENT, as shown in the following figure.

     1.10.png

    2. FineBI System

For JAR packages generated on or after 2020-06-08, a Cloud O&M data security protection policy button is added below the log upload of the cloud operation and maintenance page. After you click the button, a pop-up window will display the cloud O&M data privacy commitment letter, as shown in the following figure.

    Notes

No Corresponding Resources Detected and Cloud O&M Function UnavailableProblem

With the upgrade of JAR packages from versions before 2020-06-08 to 2020-06-08 or later, the Cloud O&M function has been modularized into a plugin. The Cloud O&M plugin will be automatically installed on both the intranet and the extranet at 23:00 on the upgrade day, with no manual operation required.

During the JAR package upgrade without installing the cloud O&M plugin, when you log in to the data decision-making system as the admin and choose Management System > Intelligent O&M > Cloud O&M, a prompt will be displayed, saying: "The corresponding resource is not detected, and the cloud O&M function cannot be used. Reinstall it."

     1.12.png

    Solution

    ·       If you do not need the Cloud O&M function immediately, you can wait for the function to be automatically installed.

    ·       If you need to use the Cloud O&M function immediately:

    1. Extranet users

    Click Online Install.

    2. Intranet users

Download the cloud O&M installation package from FanRuan Market, install the package by referring to the Plugin Management.

Stale Cloud Operations Resources -- Update Required in Cloud O&M

    Problem

When the time difference between the version date of the Cloud O&M plugin and the current date is greater than 2 months, the system will remind the admin through the cloud operation and maintenance page and platform messages, as shown in the following figure.

A prompt will be displayed: "It is detected that cloud operation and maintenance resources have not been updated for a long time, and you can go to cloud operation and maintenance to update resources."

    1.13.png

    Solution

Download the cloud O&M installation package from FanRuan Market, and install the package by referring to the plugin management.

Automatic Upload and One-Click Upload for Intranet Users

The two operations of One-click Upload and Automatic upload on the 1st day of every month were originally only applicable to extranet users, but if intranet users want to use these two functions, they need to open all the URL ports in the following table:
