If the configuration of the memory environment is unreasonable, it is very easy to cause the report system to crash, and such a crash is difficult to reproduce and difficult to troubleshoot.

3. Function introduction

"System Check" can help users to check whether the various configurations in the system are reasonable, so as to assist users to optimize the environment configuration and better prevent the occurrence of downtime.

• The user manually checks / the platform regularly checks whether the various environment configurations of the reporting system are reasonable.

• When the system environment configuration is unreasonable, push messages to users.

• Provide users with reasonable guidance for improving system environment configuration.

The administrator logs in to the data decision system and clicks "Manage > Intelligent Operations > System Check" to see the check results of the system check.

Note 1: For the check logic and improvement method of system check items, please refer to: System check extension content .

Note 2: If the current configuration cannot be detected, the current configuration is empty, and the modification opinion is "This item is not supported at this time". Click "Details" after the status to view the specific reason.

Note 3: If the system is in a cluster environment, you can select a specific cluster node for testing in the upper left corner of the "System Check" page.

1. Manual check

After the system is restarted, the system configuration is obtained every hour.

When the administrator logs in to the data decision system and opens the "System Check" page, the system automatically checks, obtains the latest system configuration, and updates the check results.

2. Automatic check

On the "System Check" page, administrators can enable "System Auto Check" and save it.

After it is turned on, the system will automatically check at 1:00 am every day. When there is an unreasonable configuration, the administrator can be notified through three forms of SMS reminder, platform message, and email reminder .

Note:

1) SMS reminder: need to open the SMS platform, click SMS for details .

2) Mail reminder: need to configure the mail server, click the mailbox for details .

3) Platform message: The websocket port needs to be configured and opened at the load balancing level. Related documents: Websocket port is occupied/unusable .
