After the user completes the dashboard, if the dashboard needs to be shared with others, it does not need to be implemented by the administrator, and the dashboard can be directly shared with the designated user.
Users can click the "Share" button on the "Dashboard" of the decision-making system to share the dashboard with designated departments, roles, and users.
Note: Dashboard sharing permission needs to be turned on in the "Global Settings". The button is not enabled by default. At this time, all users can share the dashboard they make and can be shared to all users of the system. Sharing permission control does not provide hierarchical configuration, only the administrator can control it.
1) The administrator assigns the permission to use the "Share" function of the dashboard to Eoco, as shown in the figure below:
2) After the salesperson (Eoco) completes the dashboard, enter the dashboard node and click the "Share" button in the dashboard operation, as shown in the following figure:
3) Enter the designated user selection interface of the sharing dashboard, and support sharing to "Department", "role" and "User". As shown below:
The button description of "Use creator data permission" is shown in the following table:
4) Select the designated user to share, such as sharing to "Technical Support". As shown below:
Note: If a template is shared to departments, roles, and users at the same time, the data permissions of the departments, roles, and users are consistent, and the data permissions are based on the template.
To cancel sharing, just uncheck it.
In addition to the option to share the dashboard with other users, the folde can also be selected to share, and the sharing method is the same as the above.
Setting the sharing of the folder will override the sharing configuration of the template under the folder. That is, adjust the sharing data permission settings of the folder, overwriting the sharing permission settings of all templates under the folder.
1) Log into the account of the technical support staff (demo), click "Directory>Share with me", you can see the sharer and the shared template, if there are too many dashboards, you can search and select the dashboard you want to find, as shown in the figure below:
Note: The ordering of this list is irregular.
2) Click "Save As" to save the shared dashboard to your own dashboard for editing. As shown below:
Note: The content of the dashboard saved as displays the data under the user's own data permission, that is, if the user has the data permission of the shared dashboard, the dashboard can be edited, and no data permission will not be displayed.
When A cancels the sharing of the template to B, B enters the template in the directory and prompts that there is no permission. After refreshing the page, the template will not be seen directly, and the data cannot be exported.
When A changes the sharing settings of B, B refreshes the page and displays the data according to the new rules, and exports the data according to the new rules.
If Eoco closes the sharing of technical support for the newly created dashboard, technical support cannot view the dashboard in the directory, as shown in the following figure:
Users can view all shared dashboards by themselves under "Dashboard", as shown below:
