Task Schedule with Task Management

    2. Function Introduction

    1) After the scheduled task is executed, the administrator can view the brief information of the task running through "Run Monitoring".

    2) The administrator can view the scheduled tasks being executed in the background.

    3) After the scheduled task execution fails, the super administrator can receive failure reminders in time throughSMSPlatform MessageEmail Reminder , etc.

    Ⅱ. Task management

    The administrator logs in to the data decision-making system and clicks "Manage>Task Schedule> Task Management". You can create, modify, delete, search, and manage scheduled tasks.

    1. Add tasks

    Click "Add a Task" to enter the scheduled task setting step. As shown below:

    2. Administrative tasks

    For each scheduled task, in interface of "Task Management", you can see the Task Name, Use Template, Last Run Time, Next Run Time, and Run Status.

    Administrators can sort tasks according to theLast Run TimeNext Run Time, and Run Status.

    The administrator can also perform run once, edit, copy, view, deleteand other operations for each scheduled task .

    As shown below:

    Note 1: When a scheduled task with no scheduling object type is displayed in the list, it displays - - under "Use Template".

    Note 2: Group management and batch execution of scheduled tasks are not supported.

    3. Delete tasks

    Administrators can select multiple/all tasks and click "Delete Task"/"Delete All" to delete scheduled tasks. As shown below:

    4. Search tasks

    Administrators can manually enter the task name/template name used, and perform a simple fuzzy search for scheduled tasks.

    The administrator can click the pop-up drop-down box to seach schedule tasks withTask NameUse Template, Output Mode,Last Run TimeNext Run Time. As shown below:

    Ⅲ. Run monitoring

    The administrator logs in to the data decision manage system and clicks "Manage>Task ScheduleRun Monitoring". Run Monitoring includes "Task Execution Detail" and "Task in Progress".

    1. Task Execution Detail

    1) The task execution details are similar to logs, which record brief information about the running of scheduled tasks.

    2) The task execution details only display the task running data of the current day by default. 

    There are two display modes.

    • Hierarchy:

    Scheduled task execution generates one execution result at a time. Click "Details" to view the execution status of each node of the task.

    1. If the scheduled task inherits Custom class judgment/task child node skip, the node status is skipped, task The overall status is skipped.

    2. If the scheduled task node executes successfully, the node status is successful. The status of all nodes is successful, and the overall status of the task is successful.

    3. If the child node of the scheduled task fails to execute, the node status is failed, and the overall status of the task is failed, you can view the failure reason.

    • List structure:

    The operation of each timing scheduling node generates an execution result, which is displayed in the form of a detailed table.

    3) The running data of timed scheduling tasks on all dates can be displayed by searching.

    • The administrator can directly click the search button, and the list will display the running data on all dates.

    • The administrator can manually enter the Task Namefor searching the running data on all dates.

    • Under the hierarchical structure, administrators can click the pop-up drop-down box to search for the running data of scheduled tasks on all dates according to the Task Name,Runtime and Status.

    • Under the list structure, the administrator can click the pop-up drop-down box to search for the running data of scheduled tasks on all dates according to the Task Name, Runtime, Run Type and Status.

    As shown below:

    2. Task in Progress

    If the scheduled task is being executed, it will be displayed in the "Task in Progress" of the "Run Monitoring" tab page, as shown in the following figure:

    The "Task in progress" list displays all tasks in execution by default, regardless of whether they are executed on the current day or not.

    Ⅳ. Operation failure reminder

    The administrator logs in to the data decision system, and clicks "Manage > Task Schedule". Click the "Global Settings" button to set the operation failure reminder information.

    Reminder method: SMS, Platform Message, Email Reminder.

    Reminder content: task name and time of failure.

    Note 1: If the "Task Restart" button is checked for the scheduled task, when the task fails to execute, it will not send a failure notification immediately, and the task will be restarted. If the restart still fails, a failure reminder will be issued.

    Note 2: The SMS function must be activated before using SMS alerts. For details, please refer to: SMS .

    Note 3: Email service must be configured before using email reminders. For details, please refer to: Mailbox.

    Note: When the scheduled task fails to run, a failure reminder will be sent.
