FineBI supports not only PC access, but also mobile access, including iOS, Android, and iPad.
This article takes the iOS mobile terminal as an example to introduce how to download and install the app and add a server.
Users can click this website to download the App: App official download , scan the QR code to download and install.
1) When the app is installed for the first time, the boot page will be displayed, and it will no longer appear when it is not started for the first time or after the upgrade. The boot page is shown in the following figure:
Note: The "Privacy Policy" prompt appears when the App version 10.4.986 and later is installed for the first time.
Note: When the mobile device language is English, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, the language of the boot page when the APP is first installed is automatically the same as the language of the mobile device.
2) Click Use Now to jump to the data decision system login page. As shown below:
At this time, there are two server lists, namely: FineReport' demo server and FineBI's demo server.
Note 1: The user can click the Login button to preview the template in the FineReport server.
Note 2: Users can switch the server to FineBI server, click the login button to preview the templates in FineBI server.
Note 3: On iOS mobile devices, when opening the App, it will prompt "Untrusted Enterprise Developer". Users need to add "finereport software co.Ltd" as a trusted item in "Settings > General > Profile and Device Management". , you can open the App directly after adding it.
Click to create a new server, there are two ways to add a server, scan the QR code or manually enter the server address, which will be introduced separately below.

If you choose the manual input method, you need to enter the server name and server address. The name can be customized. The server address: http://IP:port/webroot/decision, as shown in the following figure:
Open the BI data decision system http://IP:port/webroot/decision on the PC side , click Management> Mobile Platform > APP Config, enter the server name and server address, as shown in the following figure:
Note: The server name can be customized, and the server address ishttp://IP:port/webroot/decision.
In the mobile app select scan input, scan just generated code, and enter the user name and password, click log in, you can complete the mobile server to add, as shown in the following figure:
Enter the server list, you can see the servers we have added, which supports adding multiple servers at the same time.
In the lower left corner of the login screen click on the server, go to the server list, select other servers to switch. As shown below:
FanRuan App supports VPN settings, click on the VPN in the lower right corner , enter the relevant settings, you can access the intranet through VPN, as shown in the following figure:

Problem Description:
When the App version is 10.4.76 or earlier, and the "HTML5 Mobile Display Plugin" version is V10.4.76 or earlier, when previewing the template on the mobile side, it will prompt: The current time zone of the BI server is used.Cause Analysis:
It is caused by the inconsistency between the mobile phone time zone and the server time zone.
solution:
Adjust the time zone of the phone and the server to be the same.
