Check in detail which report under the directory is accessed and in what way, and you can also count how many times the report has been accessed, in order to see what the usage rate of each report is.
Statistical viewing includes two aspects of information viewing: system access statistics and report access details.
"Number of System Visits" introduces the number of system visits, the number of visited templates, and the number of active customers in the form of a line graph. When FineReport is integrated into FineBI , the "Number of System Visits" interface is shown in the following figure:
· Administrators can filter access times by month.
· is accessed from any node, log information of the entire cluster can be viewed.
1) Data sources
The data in "System Visits" is to filter the data in the fine_record_execute table of the LogDB database .
When "Report Template, BI Template" is selected for "Statistical Object", the data in the fine_record_execute table whose type is within the range of the following table is filtered out for indicator statistics in the chart.
Note 1: For details about the fields in the fine_record_execute table, see: LogDB table structure .
Note 2: When "Report Template + BI Template" is selected for "Statistical Object", all the data shown in the table below will be filtered out.
Note 3: "Statistical objects" are counted according to the template name. If a dashboard is renamed, it will be divided into two "statistical objects" before and after the name change .

Average daily visits for the month
In the number of days in the current month, the total number of reports and BI templates accessed/number of access days
Number of active templates in the current month
The number of templates accessed by the number of days in the current month is deduplicated
Monthly active users
Deduplication of the number of users who have accessed the platform on days in the month
daily visits
Blue polyline, the total number of reports and BI templates accessed that day
Daily Active Templates
Green polyline, the number of reports and BI templates accessed on the day is deduplicated
daily active users
Orange polyline, the number of users accessing the platform on that day is deduplicated
· Websocket is not connected , the current number of online users in the system cannot be displayed correctly, and user logins are not counted in the current online population of the system. For details, please refer to: Websocket port is occupied/unavailable
· When you log in to two accounts with the same browser, the information of the latter user will overwrite the information of the former, and only counts as one user.
· must enter the platform through the login page to be counted in the current system online population (single sign-on is also applicable), only accessing the template, not the platform, will not be counted.
· When a new user logs in to check the current online number of the system, remember to refresh the page and check it again.
In the "Server Usage" list, "XX user accessed XX template in the platform at XX time and XX place".
· This detailed list shows the report template that is currently being previewed.
· Ordinary users log in to view the template, and the access information of the template will be displayed in this detailed list in real time.
· Ordinary users close the template they are accessing and refresh the platform, and the access information of the template in the detailed list disappears.
"Template Access Details" records "XX user accessed XX template in the system at XX time and XX location in XX method", and the access records of all templates under the project will be displayed here.
