Application Scenarios

You can go to My Analysis to manage folders and subjects in the list.

For example, you may need to quickly find a folder or a subject, a published dataset, or a dashboard with an enabled public link.

Functions

FineBI supports searching, sorting, filtering, batch deletion, and batch movement of folders and subjects.

Click My Analysis, and you can select Sort by creation time or Sort by name.

Select Sort by name.

You can sort the datasets, components, dashboards, folders, and subjects in Cooperated, Published, Has been shared to directory, and Public link is enabled as needed.

You can enter keywords to search needed datasets, components, dashboards, folders, and subjects.

FineBI allows deleting and moving folders and subjects in batches.

• Select all: After selecting a folder, a Select all button will appear, and you can select all business packages on the current page.

• Deselect all: Clicking Deselect all or the blank area of the page will cancel the Select all function.

FineBI allows displaying the location of folders or subjects, and all the contents under the current node.
