Application Scenarios
Scheduled task authorization refers to the ability of the sub-admin to assign management permission of authorized scheduled tasks to other users.

Example One: Authorizing All Scheduled Tasks
Allow Maintenance engineer in Development department to authorize all scheduled tasks in the system.
Enabling Hierarchical Authorization
The admin logs into FineBI, goes to Manage > Permission > Global Setting, enables Hierarchical Authorization, and clicks Save.
Configuring Authorization Permission in Manage Tab
The admin logs into FineBI, goes to Manage > Permission > Global Setting, and selects the permission carrier Dept./Role/users in the User List.
Take Maintenance engineer in Development department as an example. Click Manage tab and configure Authorize permission of Task Schedule for the Maintenance engineer.
Configuring Authorization Permission of Personnel Management
The admin logs into FineBI, goes to Manage > Permission > Global Setting, and selects the permission carrier Dept./Role/users in the User List.
Take Maintenance engineer in Development department as an example. Select Personnel Management tab and allow the Maintenance engineer to assign the Authorize permission for to the Sales department.
Configuring Using Permissions in Manage Tab
The admin logs into FineBI, goes to Manage > Permission > Global Setting, and selects the permission carrier Dept./Role/users in the User List.
Take Maintenance engineer in Development department as an example. Select Manage tab and configure Use permission of Task Schedule for the Maintenance engineer.
Demonstration
Maintenance engineer Jenny logs into FineBI, clicks Manage > Permission > General permission configuration, and can assign the Authorize permission of all scheduled tasks in the system to the Sales department.
Example Two: Authorizing Target Scheduled Tasks
Allow Maintenance engineer in Development department to authorize the Sales department to manage the target scheduled task Sales_Daily_Report.
