Application Scenarios
For security, you can set a login timeout interval. Then the system will automatically log out when the time is reached.
For convience, you can directly enable Show Keep Logged In to maintain your login status for 14 days.
You can also customize a login timeout interval (like seven days) if you do not want to enable Show Keep Logged In.
Functions
Admins can determine whether to enable the function Show Keep Logged In and set Login Timeout. When the set time is reached, the system will automatically log out.
Note: This function is supported on mobile terminals.

Scenario One
Enabling Show Keep Logged In by the Admin
Log in to the FineBI system, choose System Management > System Setting > Login > Login Timeout Setting, enable Show Keep Logged In, and set Login Timeout as the admin.
Login Timeout needs to be more than 10 minutes and less than 14 days. The default value is 60 minutes.
Ticking Show Keep Logged In by a User
Tick Show Keep Logged In when logging in to the system as the user.
Demonstration
The login timeout interval is 14 days by default, rather than the Login Timeout set in Login Timeout Setting under System Management > System Setting > Login.
Scenario Two
Enabling Show Keep Logged In by the Admin
Log in to the FineBI system, choose System Management > System Setting > Login > Login Timeout Setting, enable Show Keep Logged In, and set Login Timeout as the admin.

Unticking Keep Logged In by a User
Untick Keep Logged In when logging in to the system as a user.

Provided that the set login timeout interval (10 minutes) has reached:
1. When the user logs in to the FineBI system and stops operating over 10 minutes, a prompt will pop up: Login information has expired, please log in again.
2. When the user enables Role Permission Authentication and previews the template, a prompt will pop up if the user stops operating over 10 minutes: Login information has expired, please log in again.
Scenario Three
Disabling Show Keep Logged In by a Admin
Log in to the FineBI system, choose System Management > System Setting > Login > Login Timeout Setting, disable Show Keep Logged In, and set Login Timeout as the admin.
Login Timeout needs to be more than 10 minutes and less than 14 days. The default value is 60 minutes.
No Keep Logged In Option for a User
If there is no Keep Logged In option when you log in to the FineBI system, the effect is same as that of unticking Keep Logged In.
