This document is applicable to users who have installed the Data Portal plugin to learn plugin functions.

Function Description
This document introduces how to use Text Component in the data portal dashboard.
Adding a Component
Log in to the decision-making platform as admin, choose System Management > Data Portal > Portal Management, and click Add Portal to create a data portal dashboard, as shown in the following figure.
On the data portal editing page, click Other, and click/drag Text Component to the data portal, as shown in the following figure.
Component Content
Select a component. Then you can set the component content on the right.
Setting Content
Text Component allows you to input texts, and set the font, font size, color, format, hyperlink, and formula, as shown in the following figure. .

1. Text component supports setting vertical alignment of text in Data Portal plugin V1.2 and later versions.
2. Text component supports inputting formulas in the content in Data Portal plugin V1.4 and later versions. Supported formulas are shown in the following table.

Effect Display
When previewing a data portal, you can view content in the text component and click a hyperlink to open it on a new tab page, as shown in the following figure.
Component Style
Select a component. Then you can set the component style on the right.
You can set only the component background for the component style of text components. You can set Component Background to Color, Custom Image or Built-in Image.
Color: You can select a single color and set the color transparency.
Custom Image: You can upload local JPG/PNG/GIF/BMP image files. These images are adapted to the component by default.
Built-in Image: You can select among four header images to adapt to different portal styles in the Data Portal plugin of V1.2 and later versions. Built-in Image is added as an option for the component background of the text component.
