Overview
This document is applicable to users who have installed the Data Alert plugin to learn how to manage alert tasks.
Application Scenarios
For an enterprise with multiple alert tasks, the super admin can manage user-created alert tasks to prevent users from creating duplicate alert tasks and reduce management costs.
The Data Alert plugin allows users to subscribe to existing public alert tasks, reducing duplicate creation and improving work efficiency. It also allows users to monitor and manage the tasks and alert to-do tasks created by themselves.
Where to Set
1. On the dashboard preview page
2. On the System Management page
Role Restriction
Different roles have different permissions.
Users can manage Alert I Created, Alert I Received, and Alert To Do Center.
Admins can also manage Alert Created by Other Users, in addition to the above tab pages.
Managing Alert Tasks

The Alert I Created page is shown in the following figure.
You can view historical trend charts, preview templates of alert tasks, and delete alert tasks. Click the historical trend chart icon to view different display effects according to different triggering conditions, as shown in the following figure.

Alert I Received
The alert task receiver can view historical trend charts of tasks, preview templates, and unsubscribe from alert tasks in Alert I Received. (Users set as the receiver in an alert task cannot unsubscribe from the alert task.)
Processing Alert Tasks
Alert To-Do Center: view the processing status and estimated resolution time of relevant alert tasks, as shown in the following figure.
Resolving: tasks being processed
Delay: uncompleted to-do tasks within the expected resolution time
Different roles have different permissions for alert tasks. Other alert task receivers can only view the progress and related information of alert tasks. Responsible persons of alert tasks can delay tasks and resolve tasks after completion.

The following table explains the functions mentioned above.
Number | Function | Explanation |
1 | Preview dashboards. | Click the preview template icon to go to the dashboard preview page. |
2 | Remarks | Other users can view alert task remarks added by the responsible person. |
3 | Delay alert tasks. | Click the delay icon to delay the estimated resolution time. |
4 | Solve alert tasks. | Alert tasks solved by the responsible person are removed from the creator's Alert To-Do Center. |
You can query completed alert tasks by entering their names in the search box.
