Application Scenarios
Admins can manage all analysis subjects created by users.Functions
Switch to User Analysis as admin to manage the subjects created by users under My Analysis.
Super admins can perform operations such as editing, renaming, deleting subjects under User Analysis.
Searching User Analysis
Under User Analysis, admins can quickly search keywords to find resources. Search content is divided into Subject, Dataset, Component, Dashboard, folder, and User, and you can switch tabs to filter search results.
Managing Subjects in User Analysis
Log into FineBi as admin. You can delete, edit, or rename analysis subjects created by users, and view the memory size occupied by each subject, making it convenient for you to manage the entire project.
Saving as, Exporting, Applying for Publication, and Sharing Subjects in User Analysis
In User Analysis interface, you can also:
· Save as subject: Save analysis subjects of other users to My Analysis.
· Export: Export dashboards as PDF or Excel. For details, see Export Dashboard.
· Apply for publication: Publish dashboards to directories. For details, see Publishing Dashboard.
· Public link: Share dashboards created by users to others. For details, see Sharing Dashboard with Public Link.
