Application Scenario
For security reasons, you may hope your accounts can only be logged in to one device at a time. The single login function is available in the FineBI system.
Function Description
You can enable Single Login under Login of the decision-making platform to achieve single login.

1. Currently, multiple logins at different browsers on the same device are also considered as multiple logins.
2. When Single Login is enabled, logins through the App and a browser are independent, but it is not allowed to log in to two Apps or two browsers at the same time.
Procedure
Get Kicked Out by Later Login
1. Log in to the FineBI system as admin, choose System Management > System Setting > Login, enable Single Login, and select Get Kicked Out by Later Login, as shown in the following figure.
2. If you log in to the FineBI system with an account on computer A, and then log in to the system on computer B with the same account, the logged-in user on computer A would be kicked out.
The message "Your account has been logged in on other platforms. If it is not operated by you, re-log in and change the password for account security" is displayed.
After clicking OK, you would exit the FineBI system and return to the login page, as shown in the following figure.
3. Error message "Login has timed out, so please log in again" is displayed on mobile terminals.
Forbid Repeated Login with Same Account
1. Log in to the FineBI system as admin, choose System Management > System Setting > Login, enable Single Login, and select Forbid Repeated Login with Same Account, as shown in the following figure.
2. If you log in to FineBI with an account on computer A, you would fail to log in to the system with the same account on computer B.
The message "Your account has been logged in on other platforms. If it is not operated by you, re-log in and change the password for account security" is displayed, as shown in the following figure.
3. Error message "Your account has been logged in on other devices. If it is not operated by you, re-log in and reset the password" is displayed on mobile terminals.
