Functions
For security reasons, you can choose System Management > System Settting > Login and enable Last Login Prompt in the FineBI system.
When enabling the function, you will see last login time, IP address, and location each time you log in, so that any login anomalies and other information can be promptly detected.
Procedures
Enabling Last Login Prompt
Log in to the system as admin, choose System Management > System Setting > Login, and enable Last Login Prompt, as shown in the following figure.

When logging in to the FineBI system, you will see last login information, as shown in the following figure.
On Mobile
Both App and HTML5 are supported. Take App as an example as shown in the following figure.
Notes
Wrong Last Login Information
Problem:
When logging in to the decison-making platform, you may find last login information is wrong.
Cause:
Login information is retrieved on thelogin page. If you skip the login page and directly go to the decision-making platform, this login information will not be recorded as last login information.
For example, tick Keep Logged in on the login page and go to the decision-making platform (with Last Login Prompt enabled). You find the last login time is time A, then completely close the browser.
Without going through the login page, go to the decison-making platform again. Now the login time is time B, but the last login information is still time A.
No Last Login Information
Problem:
You have enabled Last Login Prompt, but can not see last login information when logging in to the system.
Cause:
IP address and city in the login information is retrieved through the Fanruan Cloud Center https://cloud.fanruan.com/api/query/ip?timeout=10000.
If the server cannot connect to this address, it will fail to retrieve the last login information. But it has no impact on logging.
