When using FineDataLink, you may accidentally delete formal tasks while cleaning up invalid tasks. To reduce the risk of task deletion errors, you want to recover deleted tasks.
You can restore or hard delete the deleted tasks in Scheduled Task, Real-Time Pipeline, and Data Service in Recycle Bin.
1. When importing a single task or migrating resources, the system does not detect overwrite conflicts with resources in the recycle bin.
Special case: If the imported resource has the same name and ID as a resource in the recycle bin, it is treated as an overwrite conflict. In this case, you should delete the tasks in the recycle bin first and then import the tasks.
2. The FineDataLink project must be registered before the recycle bin function can be used.
After entering the recycle bin, you can click Capacity Setting on the right to set the resource capacity upper limit for the recycle bin.
The default upper limit for the number of scheduled tasks is 500, and this limit can be configured to a maximum of 1000. The default upper limit for the number of pipeline tasks is 50, and this limit can be configured to a maximum of 100. The default upper limit for the number of APIs and applications is 200, and this limit can be configured to a maximum of 400. The entered value must be a positive integer.
If the number of tasks stored in the recycle bin exceeds the maximum limit, new deletions will automatically replace the old ones.
You can view tasks and applications you created or deleted in the recycle bin. For example, after filtering information by Creator, Deletion User, and Deletion Time, you can view the task information that meets the conditions: Task Name, Directory, Creator, Deletion User, and Deletion Time, as shown in the following figure.
You can hard delete tasks/applications in the Recycle Bin that you created and deleted yourself. After hard deletion, the system removes the corresponding configurations, and the data cannot be recovered, as shown in the following figure.
The system supports batch hard deletion of tasks, as shown in the following figure.
Click Empty Recycle Bin to clear all tasks in the module with one click, as shown in the following figure.
You can restore tasks/applications in the recycle bin that you created and deleted.
Click the icon, select the target location for restoration, and click OK, as shown in the following figure.
Then you can see the restored task in the corresponding task folder, as shown in the following figure.
The related resources of the restored task/application are also recovered, with the task ID as the matching object: permissions, scheduling plans, execution/log/call records, and the task status are also restored.
When restoring, you can select a directory within folders that you have access to as the restore path.
When APIs are restored, path conflicts need to be validated. If there is a conflict, you can customize the path (checking whether the path conflicts with the official API) before restoration.
The system also supports batch restoration of tasks, as shown in the following figure.
