Adding DEMO Resources to an O&M Project

O&M projects deployed via FineOps are clean projects that do not include any demonstration examples.

Plugin Installation

1. The Resource Migration plugin must be installed for FineBI projects. Otherwise, resources cannot be imported.

Contact the technical support personnel to obtain the plugin. For details about how to contact technical support personnel, see Technical Support Channel Introduction.

2. The FineVis Data Visualization plugin must be installed for FineReport projects. Otherwise, the directory homepage will display errors after import.

Resource Downloading

1. Log in to the FanRuan application as the admin, choose System Management > Registration Management, and check the current project version.

2. Download the resource package according to the application type and the version number.

Note:

The resource packages of earlier versions are not provided. If needed, upgrade the project.

Resource Import

1. Log in to the FanRuan application as the admin, and choose System Management > Intelligent O&M > Resource Migration.

2. Choose Resource Import > Upload File and select the resource package downloaded in the previous section.

3. Modify the owner of resources that belong to unknown owners to the current user.

4. Select all resources after modifying the owner and click Import.

FineBI Data Update

You need to perform data updates in FineBI applications. The steps in this section apply to FineBI applications only.

Log in to the FanRuan application as the admin, click Public Data, and perform Folder Update on the Department Data, Function Data, and Industry Data folders.
