AlphaFine

1) AlphaFine is an intelligent assistant embedded in FineReport designer. It allows users to acquire product-related resources by search.

2) Users can quickly open AlphaFine in the designer.

1. Open  AlphaFine in the designer

Click Help->AlphaFine.

2. Enable AlphaFine

Check the box Enable AlphaFine by default. If not required, uncheck it.

3. Set the search type

1) Check the box Enable Segmentation by default. When you enter more than four Chinese characters in the search bar, the real-time search results will be displayed. If not required, uncheck it.

2) Searching web resources is not supported yet.

5. Select the search range

Currently FineReport supports three search ranges:

• Setting: It supports the searching of designer features

• Files: It supports the searching of files

• Files’ Contents:  It supports the searching of files’ contents

1. Click the magnifying glass icon or the shortcut to invoke AlphaFine

2. Search

1) Enter keywords in the search bar.

2) Double click the desired search results to invoke the designer features, files or files’ contents you want.
