I. Overview
1) By default, the cell content (and background) keeps the same when being previewed and printed/exported. Specifically, you can print/export what you see in the preview.
2) In specific scenarios, the cell content/background need to be hided when being previewed or printed/exported. These demands can be realized via settings in Cell Attributes->Other, yet the settings only work on pagination preview.
II. Steps
1. Setting of cell content and style
1)Cell content
B2:The content can be previewed yet will not be displayed when being printed.
B3:The content will not show up when being previewed but can be printed out.
B4:The cell background will be displayed when being previewed or printed.
B5:The cell background can be previewed but will not be displayed when being printed.
2)Cell style
B2~B5: Add borders
B4~B5: Add borders and fill them with grey
2. Uncheck [Print/Export Content]
The content of B2 can be previewed yet will not be displayed when being printed.
3. Uncheck [Preview Cell Content]
The content of B3 will not show up when being previewed but can be printed out.
Note: Data Entry Preview is not supported.
4. B4: Check all options.
The cell background will be displayed when being previewed or printed.
Note: Word and Excel export only support color background, not image background, while PDF export supports all.
5. B5: Uncheck [Print/Export Cell Background]
The cell elements can be previewed or printed. The cell background can be previewed but will not be displayed when being printed.

III. Mobile Preview
The mobile terminal does not support printing and exporting.
