Application Scenario

Scenario 1: In some cases, you may want to display the content of a cell during the report preview in the browser, but you do not want to print or export the cell content during the report printing or exporting.

Scenario 2: You do not want to display the value of a cell during the report preview in the browser, but you want to print the cell content.

Scenario 3: You want to display the cell background set in the template during the report preview and retain the same effect for the report printing and exporting.

Scenario 4: You want to display the cell background set in the template during the report preview, but not to display the background during the report printing and exporting.

Function Description

You can use this function to set whether the content in a cell can be printed, exported, and previewed according to specific application scenarios in actual use.

Cell Content Preview with No Cell Content Printed and Exported

You can select the cell, click Others, and deselect Print/Export Cell Content on the right panel, as shown in the following figure.

You can select the cell, choose Cell Attribute > Others, deselect Preview Cell Content, and tick Print/Export Cell Content, as shown in the following figure.

Note:

This function is not supported in Data Entry Preview.

Cell Background Printing/Exporting

You can select the cell, choose Cell Attribute > Others, and tick Print/Export Cell Background, as shown in the following figure.

Note:

When the report is exported as a Word or Excel file, only the color background can be exported. The image background is not supported for export. When the report is exported as a PDF file, all kinds of backgrounds can be exported.

Templates cannot be printed or exported on mobile terminals.
