Function Description

During report creation, you may need to input units, such as ㎡ and °C. In this case, you can input these kinds of units by the rich text or input method.

Inputting by the Rich Text

Insert rich text into a cell and enter m2 + m2 in the rich text editor. Select the first 2, click the Superscript icon, select the second 2, and click the Subscript icon, as shown in the following figure.

Save the template and click Pagination Preview, as shown in the following figure.

Inputting by the Input Method

For units that can be input directly by the input method (for example, units to be input into a cell), you can select units and input the selected units into a cell as needed.

Additionally, for units that can be copied elsewhere, you can also paste the copied units to a cell for display.

Note:

If certain units put in a cell cannot be previewed during the pagniation preview, you can select the cell, choose Cell Attribute > Others on the right property panel, and select Display by Image from the drop-down list of Display Content.
