    Function Description

    In Excel, you can perform batch operations on cells and set cell attributes. The designer also provides the same function.

    Batch Operation on Consecutive Cells

    For example, select a range of consecutive cells, set the cell style, and change the background, as shown in the following figure.

    Batch Operation on Non-Consecutive Cells

    The above explains how to set attributes for the consecutive cells selected directly. However, how do you select non-consecutive cells and set cell attributes for the cells?

    Press Ctrl, click the cells to be set, and modify the cell attributes, as shown in the following figure.
