I. Overview
1) In the setting interface of DataAnalyst mobile app, users can:
Set language and theme style
Change password and enable gesture password
Manage offline report
Update the APP to the latest version
2) This article will introduce how to configure settings in the setting interface of DataAnalyst mobile app.
II. Steps
1. Log in the Setting interface
Select [Setting] in the navigation bar at the bottom of the app.
2. QR code scanning
1) Click [Scan] and you will enter the QR Code Scanning interface.
2) Scan the QR code directly or select a QR code image in the album.
3. General settings
1) Click [General] to set language and theme style.
2) The default setting is [Follow System Language]. You can manually set the language. You have to log in again for the setting to take effect.
3) The Theme Style options include [Light Mode], [Dark Mode] or [Follow System User Interface Style].
4. Change password
Users of the Decision-making Platform can change password in the mobile app. After changing the password, enter the new password when log in to the app on a PC.
5. Enable gesture password
1) You can log in to the app with gesture password. When the Pattern option is enabled, enter your login password.
2) On successful authentication, set your gesture password.
3) Restart the app and log in with gesture password. If you have multiple accounts, you can switch between them. Click [Forget Gesture Password] and log in to the app by entering account password.
6. Offline cache
1) Click [Offline Cache] to view all offline reports. (Neither forms/maps made with common reports nor reports having been uploaded to the Decision-making Platform are accessible offline.)
2) Select a report (for example, a dashboard) from the list and click the button on the bottom right to make it offline.
3) When the report is available offline, it will be included in the [Offline Cache] list. You can click to view this offline report, or click the button to switch it into an online report.
7. About the DataAnalyst
Click [About] to see what version of the app you are running. When a new version is available, promptly update it to the latest version.
