I. Overview
When the report content row height and column width exceed the paper size, the rows and columns beyond the pagination preview will be displayed on the next page. Modify the "paper size" in the page settings to keep the data in the paper, so that it can be displayed without page breaks.
But sometimes users don’t know how much the paper size needs to be set, or users don’t want to change the paper size. Just want to display the data on one page when displaying the data. What should users do?
II. Solutions
1. Solution one
1) Using Data Entry Preview, or add &op=write after the URL of the pagination preview template for access.
2) Using Data Analysis Preview, or add &op=view after the URL of the page preview template for access.
2. Solution two
When forced pagination is not set (the pagination in the "conditional formatting" or "other" attribute), you can add &__bypagesize__=false to the URL of the pagination preview template for access.
The meaning of &__bypagesize__=false is not to paging according to the paper size, but to paging according to the mandatory paging set in the template.
Note: Two underscores are required before and after bypagesize.
1) When forced pagination is not set, display all content on one page.
2) When forced pagination is set, the paging is still performed according to the forced pagination condition. For details, please refer to: Show Fixed Number of Row Per Page.
3. Solution three
In the Decision-making Platform http://localhost:8075/webroot/decision, the administrator can add the template that needs to be accessed in the list of "Management System>Directory Management>Manage Directory", and set the default parameters to prevent Paging display.
Note: Set in the Decision-making Platform, template authentication is required.
1) Click "Server>Platform Management" in the designer to enter the Decision-making Platform. After logging in, select "Manage>Directory>Manage Directory", and click "Add Template", as shown in the figure below:
2) Select the template to be accessed. As shown below:
3) Click "Set default parameter values" to set a default parameter to the template, the parameter name is __bypagesize__, the type is set to "String", and the Value is false. As shown below:
Note: Two underscores are required before and after bypagesize.
4) After the setting is completed, you can see the added template under the "Directory List" , click the template can view the modification and save the settings, click "Preview Template" to preview. As shown below:
5) In the Directory, you can directly double-click the template to view the effect of the template, and you can see that the pagination report has displayed data on one page, as shown in the following figure:
4. Mobile preview
To preview in the "DataAnalyst V10" App, you need to set it in the Decision-making Platform through II.3. Check the mobile in the "Display Terminal".
The HTML5 preview setting is the same as the II.2, just add &__bypagesize__=false directly after the URL of the preview template.
III. Precautions
1) There is a limit on the number of rows displayed without pagination. When the table is "horizontal adaptive or non-adaptive", the maximum number of display rows is 1016; when the table is "two-way adaptive", the maximum number of display rows is 2561.
2) When using the parameter __bypagesize__=false (Solution two and Solution three), the paper background and Web Attributes set by the template will be invalid when previewed on the PC.
