Notes
1. You cannot upgrade FineReport across two major versions at a time.
For example, to upgrade FineReport from V9.0 to V11.0, you must first upgrade to FineReport V10.0 and then to V11.0.
2. If you have integrated FineReport with FineBI, read FineBI and FineReport Version Compatibility Instruction carefully before performing the upgrade.
3. FineReport is backward compatible across versions, but not forward compatible. In other words, templates created with or opened by FineReport of later versions cannot be opened in FineReport of prior versions.
For example, if a template created with FineReport V10.0 is opened in FineReport V11.0, it can no longer be opened in FineReport V10.0. Similarly, templates created with FineReport V11.0 cannot be opened in FineReport V10.0 or V9.0.
