Widget Content
The setting items in the Content tap page of the view tree widget are shown in the following figure.
The following table describes these settings.
Settings | Introduction |
Name | Widget name, namely the parameter name, with the default name in English You need to modify the name according to the actual parameter. |
Font Size | Font size of the text displayed in the view tree, defaulting to 12 px |
Data Dictionary | Actual value and display value of the view tree can be set. There are three creation methods, including Automatic Creation, Basic Layered Creation, and Fast Layered Creation. |
Option | Multiselection (unticked by default): If it is ticked, you can select multiple options in the view tree. If it is unticked, you can select only one option in the view tree. After it is ticked, The result returns only leaf nodes (ticked by default) can be used to determine whether child nodes are automatically selected when parent nodes are selected. If The result returns only leaf nodes is ticked, all child nodes are automatically ticked when the parent node is ticked, and the parent node is filled with a colored block when child nodes are ticked. If The result returns only leaf nodes is unticked, all child nodes are automatically unticked when the parent node is ticked, and the parent node is not filled with a colored block when child nodes are ticked. |
Asynchronously expand tree nodes (ticked by default): Node loading logic, affecting performance If it is ticked, only data of the parent nodes are loaded and all child nodes remain collapsed by default after the options are expanded. This is suitable for cases with big data. If it is unticked, all child nodes are expanded at once after the options are expanded. This is suitable for cases with small data.
The result returns only leaf nodes (ticked by default): In hierarchical view tree widget, each leaf node at the bottom level has its full hierarchical path. If it is unticked, return only leaf nodes. For example, select Phnom Penh, and the return value is Phnom Penh.
Return full hierarchical path (unticked by default): In hierarchical view tree widget, each leaf node at the bottom level has its full hierarchical path. The returned value is the array-type data. If it is ticked, return the full path. For example, select Phnom Penh, and the return value is Southeast Asia, Cambodia, Phnom Penh.
Return | The Return option appears only when Multiselection is ticked and Return full hierarchical path is unticked. This option is used to set the format of the return value for the multi-select view tree, with the Array and String formats.
|
Default Value | Default value displayed in the view tree widget, with the following three types: 1. Custom String: You can directly enter text. For example, to select Phnom Penh, enter Southeast Asia,Cambodia,Phnom Penh. Separate the child and parent nodes with a comma (,). If Multiselection is enabled and multiple values need to be entered, separate child and parent nodes with a comma (,) and separate values with a semicolon (;). For example, to select Phnom Penh and Dili, enter Southeast Asia,Cambodia,Phnom Penh;Southeast Asia,East Timor,Dili. 2. Field: You can select fields from the dataset. If a field value conforms to multiple value formats and Multiselection is enabled, the default value will be selected for multiple options. 3. Formula: Click fx on the right to enter a formula. For example, use the formula =Table1~A1 or =[[1,11,111],[1,11,112]] to retrieve the value of cell A1 in the Table 1 component. |
Validation | Null Value Validation (Allow Null is ticked by default.): used to determine whether the widget can be empty. If Allow Null is ticked, the widget can be empty. If Allow Null is unticked, validation prompt text can be set. If the widget is empty during template preview, the prompt text is displayed. |
