Note
Problem:
If users perform operations on System Management of the decision-making platform in the IE browser where Compatibility View is enabled, they may encounter lagging issues and may not be able to add new data connections. An error message is displayed: The current number of data connections has reached the registered LIC limit (0) and cannot be added.
Cause:
When Compatibility View is enabled in the IE browser, requests are sent to the website in the format of IE7 and the earlier versions of JS files are adapted. In this case, if users use the decision-making platform through the IE browser, they can only view the templates in Directory and cannot use System Management.
Note:IE8 and later versions are needed to view Directory. IE9 and later versions are needed to use System Management.
Solution:
There are two solutions to this problem.
Solution One: Turn off IE browser compatibility view.
Solution Two: To configure System Management of the decision-making platform in the IE browser with Compatibility View enabled, the user needs to manually change the IE kernel version to a newer one. The steps are as follows.
1. Open the decision-making platform page in the IE browser and choose Tools > F12 Developer Tools.
2. Take IE10 browser as an example. Manually change the IE kernel version.
