Functions
This article introduces how to use the My Message component in the data portal dashboard.
Adding a Component
Log in to decision-making platform as the admin, choose System Management > Data Portal > Portal Management, click Add a New Portal to create a data portal dashboard.
Click to open the editing interface, select Portal Components and then drag the My Message component into the data portal.
Component Content
After selecting a component, you can set the component content on the right.
Setting Component Content
There are three types of messages (allowing multiple selection) that can be displayed in the component.

System Message | Push notifications about the system |
Report Message | Push notifications triggered by FineReport multi-level reporting |
Template Message | Push notifications triggered by FineReport template For example: Template Message Event Plugin |
Demonstration
The preview of the data portal is as follows.
1. You can switch between different types of messages and view them. For each type, ten messages are displayed at most by default.
2. To view all messages, you can click View All to jump to My Message in the platform.
3. Click Handle on the right of each message to jump to the pending business.
Component Style
After selecting a component, you can set the component style on the right.
My Message supports two styles: the style that follows the theme and custom style.
1. Follow Theme: The component style completely follows the style of Portal Theme. This style only allows setting visibility of component titles and changing title texts.
2. Custom: The component style does not change with the change of the Portal Theme. Component styles include Component Title, Title Text, Title Style and Component Background.
