If the project is not registered, you can use the Data Portal plugin for free trial.
If the project has been registered with official License but does not have the Data Portal function, when you preview the data portal, a message is displayed in the bottom right corner, indicating you are using the Data Portal function that is not registered.
Portal Management
All data portals in the project are displayed under System Management > Data Portal > Portal Management. The page also displays portal name and last modification time.
