Function Description
This document introduces how to use Common Content in the data portal dashboard.
Adding a Component
Log in to the decision-making platform as admin, choose System Management > Data Portal > Portal Management, and click Add Portal to create a data portal dashboard, as shown in the following figure.
On the data portal editing page, click Portal Component and click/drag Common Content to the data portal, as shown in the following figure.
Component Content
Select a component. Then you can set the component content on the right.
Setting Content
Four sources of content can be displayed in Common Content.
Content Source | Description |
My Favorites | Directories favorited by users who access this data portal in the decision-making platform |
Access Record | Directories recently opened by users who access this data portal in the decision-making platform, which are ranked by time in descending order |
Frequently Visited | User's personal ranking of template viewing times, which are ranked in descending order Admin can set the time period to Last Week, Last Month, or Last Year. |
Hot Content | Users' template accessing ranking within their viewing permission constraints are displayed from low to high. User can set time period to Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually. |
Effect Display
When previewing a data portal, you can click the directory name to directly open the directory on a new tab page, as shown in the following figure.
Component Style
Select a component. Then you can set the component style on the right.
Common Content supports two types of component style: Follow Theme and Custom.
1. Follow Theme: The component style completely follows the style of Portal Theme, allowing you to only determine whether to display the component title and set the title text.
2. Custom: The component style does not change as Portal Theme switches. The component style includes the component title, title text, title style, and component background.
